This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from Magic Ball App users on www.magicballapp.com.
Every time you access a webpage, your browser automatically sends some information, which the server (from the hosting company that we use) stores. The information in the server log may include information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, type of request, referring/exiting pages and their URLs, domain names, landing pages, viewed pages, and other such information. This is automatically collected data and we do not link it to personally identifiable information, because we do not collect any.
www.magicballapp.com does not use First-party cookies, because we don't need cookies for the website to function. We only use Third-party cookies, because we use third party advertisements to support our site. These advertisers use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (for exampleGoogle through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).
For more details about how Google uses this data and how to control what information is sent to Google, please check http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/
The list of the third party vendors, which includes their websites is available here : https://developers.google.com/third-party-ads/adx-vendors?rd=1
DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. A DoubleClick cookie does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers.
DoubleClick places a cookie on your computer after any impression, click or other activity that results in a call to the DoubleClick server. The cookie is stored on the browser, if the browser accepts the cookie.
Most commonly, DoubleClick sends a cookie to the browser when you visit a page that shows DoubleClick ads. Such pages include ad tags that instruct browsers to request ad content from the DoubleClick ad server. A cookie is also sent when the server deliveres the ad content. A page does not have to show DoubleClick ads for the cookie to be stored though. It just needs to have the DoubleClick ad tags, which might load a click tracker or impression pixel instead.
You have the option to opt out of the use of the Doubleclick Cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting this website www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/optout?hl=en.
You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts. Deleting cookies does not mean you are permanently opted out of any advertising program. Unless you have settings that disallow cookies, the next time you visit a site running the advertisements, a new cookie will be added.
we use browser's local storage to store information about which language you have chosen in our application and if you checked the "Don't show the cookie layer again"
For the purposes of automated testing and further improvement of the app's functionality, some results of the section Ask the magic ball may be stored on our server.
